User Management
Organization admins manage team members from the Admin → Users page. This page lists all current members, their roles, and pending invitations.
User management is protected by the AdminGuard. Only organization admins can access this section.
User list
The Users admin page displays a table of all members in your organization:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | User's display name |
| User's registered email | |
| Role | admin or member |
| Status | Active or Pending (invitation not yet accepted) |
| Joined | Date the user joined the organization |
| Actions | Change role, resend invite, remove user |
Inviting a new member
- Click Invite member on the Users admin page.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Select their initial role (
adminormember). - Click Send invitation.
The invited user receives an email with a unique invite link. Until they accept, they appear in the Users list with Pending status.
Invitation links are time-limited. If the invitee does not accept within the validity window, use Resend invite to generate a new invitation link.
Managing roles
Click the role badge next to any member to change their role:
- Member → Admin — Grants full organization admin capabilities: billing, user management, org settings, audit logs.
- Admin → Member — Removes admin access. The member retains access to all test data and AI features.
You cannot demote yourself — another admin must perform this action.
Removing a member
Click Remove next to any member to revoke their access. Removing a member:
- Immediately invalidates their session tokens.
- Removes them from the organization's member list.
- Does not delete their test run data or uploaded artifacts.
Resending an invitation
For pending invitations, click Resend invite to send a new invitation email with a fresh link.
