Managing integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations to see the integration marketplace. Each integration card shows:
- Connection status — Connected (green), Not connected (gray).
- Configure — Opens the connection dialog for that integration.
- Disconnect — Removes the integration from your organization.
Integration status is organization-wide. Any admin can connect or disconnect integrations. Connection changes are logged in the Audit Logs.
Integration gating in the UI
When an integration is not connected, the session workspace shows a Connect integration banner in the relevant tab. You are not required to connect any integration — all integrations are optional enhancements.
Integration data and privacy
- Integration credentials are stored securely server-side and never exposed to the client.
- The platform uses a proxy service to communicate with third-party APIs — your integration tokens are never visible in the browser.
- Integration usage is logged in audit logs for admin visibility.
