Integrations Overview
TestRelic integrates with the tools your engineering team already uses. Connecting an integration enriches the platform's data and unlocks additional capabilities in the session workspace, monitoring, and AI features.
The Integrations settings page is controlled by the integrations-visible feature flag. Contact your administrator if the Integrations section is not visible in Settings.
Available integrations
| Integration | What it unlocks |
|---|---|
| GitHub Actions | CI build timelines, workflow trigger, build linking in session workspaces |
| Jira | Link test failures to existing Jira issues, quick-create issues from sessions |
| Grafana Loki | Correlated log viewing inside the API test workspace |
| Amplitude | Analytics event capture during test sessions, journey alignment in Test Navigation |
Managing integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations to see the integration marketplace. Each integration card shows:
- Connection status — Connected (green), Not connected (gray).
- Configure — Opens the connection dialog for that integration.
- Disconnect — Removes the integration from your organization.
Integration status is organization-wide. Any admin can connect or disconnect integrations. Connection changes are logged in the Audit Logs.
Integration gating in the UI
When an integration is not connected, the session workspace shows an IntegrationGateBanner in the relevant tab, prompting you to connect the integration. You are not required to connect any integration — all integrations are optional enhancements.
Integration data and privacy
- Integration credentials are stored securely server-side and never exposed to the client.
- The platform uses a proxy service to communicate with third-party APIs — your integration tokens are never visible in the browser.
- Integration usage is logged in audit logs for admin visibility.
