Audit Logs & Usage
Review organization activity through audit logs and monitor storage, AI token, and test run usage metrics.
The Admin section provides two operational visibility tools: Audit Logs for tracking organization activity and Usage for monitoring platform consumption against your plan limits.
Admin-only
Both Audit Logs and Usage pages are protected by the AdminGuard. Only organization admins can access these pages.
Audit Logs
Navigate to Admin → Audit Logs to view a chronological record of significant actions taken within your organization.
What is logged
| Event category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Authentication | Login, logout, password reset |
| User management | Invite sent, invite accepted, role changed, user removed |
| API keys | Key created, key revoked |
| Integrations | Integration connected, integration disconnected |
| Billing | Plan changed, subscription updated |
| Organization settings | Org name changed, settings updated |
Log format
Each audit log entry contains:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | When the action occurred (UTC) |
| Actor | The user or system that performed the action |
| Action | A machine-readable action identifier (e.g. user.invited, apikey.created) |
| Resource | The object affected by the action |
| IP address | The IP address of the actor (for user-initiated actions) |
Filtering and searching
Use the filter controls to narrow audit log entries by:
- Date range — View logs for a specific time window.
- Actor — Filter by the user who performed the action.
- Action category — Show only authentication, user management, or other categories.
Log retention
Audit logs are retained according to your plan's data retention policy. See Plans & Billing for retention limits.
Usage
Navigate to Admin → Usage to see real-time and historical usage metrics for your organization.
Usage metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Storage used | Current storage consumption vs. your plan limit (in MB) |
| Storage percentage | Visual gauge of storage utilization |
| Test runs this month | Number of test run uploads in the current billing cycle |
| Active repositories | Number of repositories currently connected |
| Team members | Total number of active users in the organization |
| AI tokens used | Tokens consumed in the current billing cycle (Growth plan only) |
| AI token limit | Your plan's token allowance (Growth: 1,000,000 per cycle) |
| AI requests | Total number of AI requests made this cycle |
Storage management
When storage nears the plan limit, the platform displays a warning. To free up storage:
- Old test runs are automatically deleted after the retention period (14 days on Starter, 30 days on Growth).
- You can manually delete specific runs from the Test Runs dashboard.
- Upgrading to the Growth plan increases your storage limit from 500 MB to 1 GB.
AI token management
Token usage is tracked per billing cycle and resets on renewal. If you exhaust your token limit before the next cycle, AI features are temporarily unavailable. Consider:
- Reviewing AI usage to identify any unusually high-consumption conversations.
- Upgrading to the Growth plan if you are on Starter (Starter has no AI token allowance).
