The separate Usage page in Settings is gone. What it showed now lives on Settings → Billing.

• Usage meters for storage, AI tokens and memory are on Billing → Plan & usage. Day-by-day AI token usage is under Usage history.
• Value delivered is now a Billing tab, for admins.
• Old links still work. Bookmarks to Settings → Usage open Billing, and searching Settings for usage or value delivered takes you there.
• The Ingestion Health tab has been removed.

A workspace now pauses once an invoice it owes is past its due date.

• What stops: uploads and AI features. Nothing is deleted.
• Every page says so.
  • An Account Paused banner links to Pay invoice.
  • Billing names the invoice and the date it was due, with a View invoice button.
• Paying resumes it straight away, once no other invoice that pauses the account is still owed.
• Add-ons while paused: you keep what you hold, but you can't buy more until the invoice is paid. If the account was paused for another reason, Billing says so, with Contact billing to ask for it to be resumed.

Also in this release, the memory add-on comes in blocks of 1,000 entries, up to 50,000 entries. Blocks of 500 you already hold keep renewing, marked legacy.

Settings → Billing has been redesigned. Its first tab is now Plan & usage, followed by Payment methods, Invoices and Billing details.

• Plan & usage opens with your plan, its status and renewal date, and the next invoice. The invoice lists the plan and add-ons with a subtotal and total, and says how it will be paid: auto-charged to a saved method, or invoiced to your billing email.

• Usage meters:

  • Artifact storage shows how much is videos, screenshots, or traces and other files.
  • AI tokens shows where the month is heading. The allowance resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC.
  • Memory shows retained entries.

  Each meter shows what your plan includes and what add-ons contribute.

• AI token usage, day by day. Open it from Usage history on the Billing page, or from AI tokens in the header's usage badge. Any member can open it.

  • It shows the month's total, daily average, projected total, busiest day and credit in reserve, as charts or a table.
  • Pick an earlier month to look back. Daily detail starts from this release; for earlier months you get the month's total.

• Change plan compares plans side by side, monthly or annual. Before you confirm a downgrade, it spells out what changes, such as lower storage and retention, and add-ons ending below Pro.

• Enterprise workspaces see Limits & retention in place of add-ons.

  • Admins can set the workspace's own caps on storage and monthly AI tokens, and its run retention, within the contract's limits.
  • At a cap, new uploads or AI requests stop, and admins are warned at 80%.
  • Changes to the plan itself go through your contract.

Add-ons on Settings → Billing are now sold by the unit, and you pick the amount. The Billing page shows each unit's current price, and the dialog shows the total before you pay.

• AI token credit never expires. It's used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
• Change an amount instead of buying again:
  • More applies straight away, and any prorated difference is charged to your payment method on file.
  • Less takes effect at the end of the period. You keep the current amount until then, and nothing is refunded.
• Add-ons need Pro or above. Growth workspaces can't buy them, and any add-ons a Growth workspace already holds end when their paid period closes. Add-ons also end with their paid period when a subscription is cancelled.
• Storage held in the old 5 GB blocks keeps renewing. It's marked legacy: you can still remove it, but not change its amount.

Payments on Settings → Billing now go through Stripe.

• Checkout happens on Stripe's secure page. Starting a plan or buying an add-on takes you to Stripe and back, and the Billing page confirms the payment when you return.
• Add payment method on the Payment methods tab lets you pick the type of method first, such as a card, bank account or wallet, from the types Stripe offers for your account. You then save it on Stripe's page.
  • Nothing is charged when you save one.
  • Stripe stores your methods; TestRelic only ever sees the last four digits.
• Invoices are Stripe's own. On the Invoices tab, View opens Stripe's hosted invoice, PDF downloads its PDF, and an admin can settle an unpaid one with Pay.
• Changing plan:
  • An upgrade charges the prorated difference to your saved payment method straight away.
  • A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, and nothing is charged until then.
• Your billing country decides the tax. Billing details needs your country before the first charge. The tab shows which tax your invoices will carry.

The Cloud Platform's pages now use the same colours and control sizes in light and dark mode, and the numbers it shows agree with each other.

• Light and dark, aligned. These pages were reworked for contrast and alignment in both themes:
  • Ask AI, Test Runs, and run and test case detail;
  • sessions and repositories;
  • Monitoring, Alerts, Infrastructure and Integrations;
  • Settings, the header and navigation, and the pages behind share links.
• One pass rate. A flaky test now counts as passed everywhere, as run detail already counted it. The Test Runs list, Monitoring, the Ask AI digest, nightly status, alerts, reports, emails, Slack and the wall now agree. The figure in the Test Runs header is a share of runs, so it now reads runs passed.
• Run numbers that stay put. A run keeps its number in your organization whatever filter or page you're on. The repository's run rail shows the same number as Test Runs and run detail, and old links that use a run number still open the right run. Demo runs from onboarding take no number and read Demo run.
• Your own time zone. The run calendar groups runs into days in your own time zone instead of UTC.
• Clearer baselines. Run detail names its baseline by the previous run's start time.
• Timed-out tests count as failures in Monitoring, alert evidence, emails and AI insights.
• Media in HTML artifacts. Session videos and screenshots in HTML artifacts show at full size, including in artifacts saved earlier.

Signing up and the emails around your account are clearer.

• A password rule you can see. A new password needs at least 8 characters, with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a number, and the sign-up form says so under the field. The rule applies only when a password is set, at sign-up or reset, so existing passwords keep working.
• Sign-up errors show. A problem with a field now appears beside it, instead of the form reloading without a message.
• New accounts are greeted as new. Onboarding opens on "Welcome to TestRelic — you're all signed up" instead of greeting a brand-new account with "Welcome back — we're mid-setup".
• Branded emails from the sign-in service. Email verification, password reset, account setup and organization invitation emails now use TestRelic's design.
• Invitations say who sent them. An invitation names the organization and the person who sent it, with their email address, in the subject (for example "Priya Raman invited you to Acme Corp on TestRelic") and in the body. It also says it expires in 7 days. An organization without a name is worded around rather than called "Your Organization".

Studio's Cloud mode is rebuilt on the Cloud Platform's own layout, look and words, and a change made in one now shows up in the other.

• The same navigation as the web. The sidebar holds Ask AI, Repositories, Test Runs, Monitoring, Alerts and Artifacts. A repository opens with the web's header and tabs: Overview, Test Cases, Test Runs, Test Plans, Monitoring, Memory, Integrations, Alerts and Settings. Lanes and Telemetry are now under the repository's Settings.
• Two-way sync. Acknowledge an alert in Studio and the web refreshes and says so, for example "Alert acknowledged in Studio by …". Edit a lane on the web and Studio redraws. Neither needs a reload.
• From the cloud to your code. A cloud test offers three actions:
  • Open in Code;
  • Run locally, which runs the matching test in the open folder, and says so instead of guessing when it can't find one;
  • Debug in Live Browser.
• No dead ends.
  • Cloud mode opens on your last repository, and the time window starts at Last 30 days.
  • A screen that fails to load says so and keeps what it last showed.
  • A change that fails offers Retry.
• The platform's real data. Alert names, modules, trends and ingest status show what the platform holds. Runs and repositories page past their first page, and failure text no longer shows terminal colour codes. Clicking a step in a test's session seeks the video to the right moment.
